HERE [11/12/2009] Updated ISIS Maintenance Schedule [10/29/2009] Help Desk Extension At Memorial Union A walk-in technical help desk has opened at Memorial Union. Hours will be Sunday noon to 8 p.m., Mon-Thurs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The DoIT Help Desk at 1210 W. Dayton St. will keep its current hours of Mon-Fri 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Both locations offer free, in-person support for a variety of topics including operating system issues, hardware diagnosis, email and wireless issues, and access to campus services.
